A late 1099-NEC, brokerage 1099-B, gambling W-2G or a second W-2 that arrived after you filed.
An accepted return isn't the last word. If income was left off, a credit was missed or the filing status was wrong, an amended return (federal Form 1040-X, Georgia Form 500X) corrects it — whether we prepared the original or not.
You generally have three years from the original filing date, or two years from the date you paid the tax, to claim a refund on an amended return — so older years have a real deadline.

Upload the originally filed return for the year in question, plus any corrected or late forms and any IRS or Georgia notice you received. Files go straight into the firm's encrypted vault — only your preparer can open them, and nothing is ever sent as an email attachment.
Tell us who you are, then upload your paperwork. Files travel over an encrypted connection into a private vault only your preparer can open — never email attachments, never a public link.
