Client intake

Intake, done ahead.

Your intake tells your preparer who is on the return, what income to expect and how you want your refund. Finishing it ahead of time turns a first meeting into a review instead of a data-entry session — most clients are done in one visit.

Pick the form that matches you. Every form is hosted on an encrypted, SOC-2 audited platform, and you can save and return to it if you need to hunt down a document.

  1. 1. Send your documents. Use the secure client portal — never email attachments. W-2s, 1099s, photo ID and last year's return are the usual starting set.
  2. 2. Book your appointment. Pick a time in office, by phone or virtually. You'll get an email and text confirmation.
  3. 3. Sign your engagement letter. The service agreement sets out scope and fees before any work begins.
