We do not practice law, and nothing here is legal advice. Matters involving ownership disputes, litigation, securities, or complex contracts should go to a licensed attorney.
Fees and included services
State filing fees, annual registration fees, and expedite charges are set by the state and are not included in the package prices above. Included services such as the business address, registered agent, business phone, domain, professional email and landing page cover the first 12 months; renewals thereafter are the client's responsibility. Entity registration does not by itself create liability protection; maintaining it depends on your ongoing compliance.
Business credit services
Business credit services help you establish and organize your company's commercial credit profiles. We do not guarantee funding, lender or vendor approval, credit limits, tradelines, or any particular credit or PAYDEX score. Outcomes depend on your business activity, payment history, and third-party underwriting.
S-Corp elections
Tax savings from an S-Corp election depend on your profit, reasonable compensation, and payroll costs. We model it before recommending it, and no specific savings amount is promised.
